Founded by Neal Creech in 2003, CDG was the outgrowth of the homebuilding business he started in 1998. Since that time, he has built and sold more than 65 homes in family-focused neighborhoods. With a family of his own, Neal understands the importance of a quality-built home to a busy family schedule. His team of loyal and highly skilled employees, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers all work together to deliver a home that is a place of rest and functionality.
A 1994 graduate of North Carolina State University, Neal received his MBA from Georgia State University in 1998. He is an active leader in Atlanta’s homebuilding industry and in the community.

Giles Properties
Giles Properties specializes in single-family custom homes of the highest quality, merging the latest trends in interior finishes and construction materials with traditional designs. Its founders, Ben and Christel Giles, have built fine homes with a commitment to customer satisfaction for over 15 years in Atlanta, suburban Washington, DC, and Destin, Florida. Working with an array of talented architects, designers and craftsmen, Ben’s exacting standards have earned him accolades from realtors, architects and clients who have valued his emphasis on quality and communication.
Watching his grandfather build homes and working in home construction during college exposed Ben to the profession prior to starting his company. During that time, he gained hands-on experience with framing, plumbing and other trades. He earned a B.S. from Auburn University, and a master’s from Troy State University. After serving as an officer in the United States Air Force and as a NASA program analyst, he formed Giles Properties in 1991.
Christel provides operational management for Giles Properties, bringing her experience as project manager for one of the largest commercial contractors in Washington, DC. She is responsible for researching viability of new products, purchasing, selecting finishes, and handling many of the details that are involved in the construction process of every home.
Combining their distinctive backgrounds together in Giles Properties has produced a company that is meticulous in detail management, committed to quality, and excelling in communication with clients.
John Willis Homes
John Willis brings to the residential marketplace broad experience, a proven track record and a successful team approach to building homes of superior craftsmanship. Since establishing his company in 1992, John has followed one simple principle: Building homes that exceed all expectations while developing great working relationships with his customers before, during and after a home sale.
The Atlanta native is proud of the number of referrals he has received from his satisfied customers over the years because of his philosophy. In addition to praise from owners, John Willis Homes has won numerous Gold and Silver Obie Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for professionalism and excellence in home building. John was also honored by the Association as the recipient of the 2004 Presidential Award and 2005 Builder of the Year.
John credits his success to his builders and team of professionals. John and his team are consistently striving to go beyond what is customarily expected of a home builder.
